EASTER BUCKETS AND FABRIC?

Look at these fantastic fabric covered buckets Christine from Store & Style let me share with you! Can't you see these in your favorite fabrics in your sewing room with all you favorite things? I can hardly wait to get some bucket, maybe this weekend! I love them so much I had to share them. They are also featured on the Crafty Crow, you know I love that site!

This is my thrift store find for $5.00!!! It is the greatest addition to my sewing room and in MINT condition, all for $5.00.....boy do I love a deal!
These little cups are Melamine....that really hard plastic stuff dishes used to be made out of in the 1950-60!!! It was so great because it was unbreakable. Did any of your parents or grandparents have some? I think it came in EVERY imaginable color! I found them at the thrift store for just 25 cents each...they hold my little things in the sewing room.
I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend, hopefully with family.

What cute cups and buckets! People are so creative these days that I will never catch up!Your cups are adorable, and what a good deal! I love thrift stores. We just got back from our local one (Pocatello's D.I.) where we found a chair for $3 to recover for our desk and an old Fisher Price barn with animals and the Little People farmer all for $2!

I really like those fabric-covered, colorful buckers! Thanks for sharing your finds with us; it's almost as much fun as finding them myself, yet it doesn't cost me a thing! :)

The buckets are very cute.
My parents are STILL using pale yellow melamine bowls from OVER 50 years ago. They are chipped and stained, but they like them!!

Melamine...oh the memories those things bring back to me. My parents were married in 1962 and got a set in pink and blue just like your cups!! I loved using the pink things. Wow. It also reminds me of the beautiful ballerina cake toppers made of porcelain that spun around on an axis. I had about four or five of them and they were in the cabinets with the melamine stuff. They were sold at a garage sale many years ago and I still mourn the loss.

You've had a busy week! Love the Sweet fabric. I'll have to check locally and see what I can find - I love charm packs as you can get lots of different fabrics!

We had that melamine crockery to go camping - we loved it! The buckets are sweet too. Not so sure about the chair. It certainly looks sturdy and lots of nostalgia factor, but really? I hope it's perfect for you though! That's why we swap our stuff around, huh? I haven't been in one of those shops in ages. Will have to find one locally and see what's around.

Thanks for sharing!

Hugs - Shari
