Here is it....a pillow, okay, almost a pillow...for someone who reads my blog, so I can't tell you who. But soon! I am telling you, this fabric was so cheerful and made all my winter days this week seem far away! Plus, when you are making something for someone else you think of that person and not your own life. Hope your week is a happy one. What has everyone else been doing that has made them happy? I played with my grandchildren and sewed, what could be better than that?

PILLOW
Here is it....a pillow, okay, almost a pillow...for someone who reads my blog, so I can't tell you who. But soon! I am telling you, this fabric was so cheerful and made all my winter days this week seem far away! Plus, when you are making something for someone else you think of that person and not your own life. Hope your week is a happy one. What has everyone else been doing that has made them happy? I played with my grandchildren and sewed, what could be better than that?

Pretty pillow!
Getting to play with my daughter, spending time with my husband and getting some sewing time in too. That's what makes me happy.
The pillow is just gorgeous...and even more so now that I see it is a churn dash block! What a terrific idea...I can't wait to work with my Patisserie...but haven't been able to sew yet this week!!! I have been able to spend some fun time with my husband and two kids who still live at home, though...and one of my college kids was home last week as well...so those are the things that really make me happy!
I love this variation of the honey bee block. The ric rac is a great touch! Lucky recipient!
Your pillow is too cute!!! I'm always impressed with your work, especially all the applique you do. Nice job, and yes, very lucky recipient!
